Buying Services for Edmonton Home Buyers

MILITARY AND RCMP TRANSFER SPECIALIST

So you may not yet know whether or not you're coming to CFB Edmonton, but you can still put in a request. I love serving the Army, Navy, and Air Force when it comes time to move, either to or from Edmonton. I'm experienced in it, too. I understand that when you've got 7-8 days to find a place, it's stressful, and I help take care of some of that stress.

I can help you select an approved house inspector and lawyer, and well in advance of your trip you'll be receiving auto-notification listings in your inbox, all customized based on what you tell me (price, areas, number of bedrooms, fence, garage, bathrooms, style of home, etc).

I'm also fluent in French, and have been privileged to serve clients in both official languages.

If you live in Edmonton and will be transferring out this year, email me at Sell@ZoomJer.com.

If you might be relocating to Edmonton this year, email me at Buy@ZoomJer.com.

Please spread the word to anyone you may know in the services, including RCMP, that I can not only help them go to and from Edmonton, but through my International coast2coast Referral Network help find them a REALTOR® wherever they are, at home or abroad.

WHAT IS REALTY?

What is "realty", and where does the word come from?  Admitting that I am a nerd, always seeking to find answers to questions (and probably because of the teacher in me), I asked myself this question and did some research in the Oxford English Dictionary.

The etymology of the word is as follows: adoption of the Old French for reauté, realté: popular Latin regalitatem REGALITY: also RIALTY and ROYALTY.

There are a few other spellings offered, as well: realte, realtee, reaulte, realty, realtie, reiate, reaute, reawte, and rewate.  This word has been traced back to the 14th century.

Some of the entries are as follows: 1. Royalty; royal state, dignity, or power.  2. (Scottish) A kingdom, realm.

Doesn’t that make owning real estate appealing?  Think about it: owning a piece of property-be it a house, a condo, a piece of land, or even a commercial space-is like having your own kingdom.  You are the boss!  That’s how I empower you, by putting you in the position of being the owner.  Read my special reports to find out more about being a property owner.
